Delta's Same-Day Change Fee
Hey @Delta , poor form charging a same day sameb destination flight change fee on a small regional flight after I flew with you from Italy.
.@Delta that's pretty damn customer unfriendly if there are seats available on the flight.
.@Delta it's cool. I'll just wait a few hours in the terminal. Maybe think about booking my next international flight with someone else.
