The Learning Curve of Working with Agents

It is interesting to see the curve of how people discover and begin to work with agents.

At first, there’s a drive to build tools and interfaces to handle the tasks in front of you.

Then you build harnesses to interact with those tools and manage the work at scale.

Eventually, you realize that none of that is needed. Much of that infrastructure is just noise in the process of getting from A to B.
