Scheduling Around a Partner's Meetings While Working From Home

My girlfriend and I are going mad trying to book meetings that don't overlap. It's especially difficult when most of my meetings are ad hoc.

In a normal environment I'd go to the lobby or a coffee shop. That's not an option right now.
