MARTA Should Spend $1B on Rail Expansion, Not New Cars
Personally, I'd rather see the $1B go to heavy rail expansion over new cars. The cars—even the 40-year-old ones—seem fine. This seems like spending money on the wrong things. buff.ly
Admittedly, I also love the retro look of the @MARTASERVICE trains.
