Simple experiences are often the ones that work best in small and mid-market. I think about how dominant @Mailchimp was in email marketing. It was a B2B SaaS tool that felt like a consumer tool.

@tranhelen @3030vision @thinky FWIW, I live in Midtown Atlanta and don't own a car. Everything is a short walk, Uber or train ride away. If you live outside of Midtown, Downtown or Buckhead you probably need one though.
