Postmates Cancels an Accepted Order
It's outrageous to be wait 20m only to have a @Postmates order cancelled. I understand merchants get busy. But accepted orders should be fulfilled.
This is probably a UX problem. Merchant hasn't actually accepted the order, but the interface makes it seem that way. Either way it's infuriating to the end user.
Are you kidding me @Postmates? It's now been two and a half hours since I originally ordered.
