Recruiters Using Hashtags in InMails
A strange trend I've noticed—recruiters putting #hashtags into recruiting InMails. Not sure if it's an automated message, but it sure feels that way.
I think it's because on Twitter, Instagram and other networks, that's a way to broadcast your message to a larger audience. It seems very out of place in a personal message.
